12dpo only left side back pain like pulling n pinching.

Is it a good symptoms or not. M so confused. Madly waiting for motherhood. Plz suggest n explain what to do.

Im at 12 dpo as well and for about 2 days i have had a dull cramping pain in my pelvis, as well as my mid lower back on the left side. almost near my kidney.. breasts are tender to touch.. ive showen super faint but positive looking pregnancy tests.. not sure what the back pain is!
