Question

I am currently 20 dpo, no symptoms--is this ok?

I have strong positive tests but have no pregnancy symptoms. This is my 5th pregnancy (3 kiddos and 1 miscarriage). With my 3 viable pregnancies, I had severe nausea and vomiting (hyperemesis). The only pregnancy I didn't have hyperemesis with was my miscarriage. I have a viability u/s scheduled on 1/23 but am very concerned this pregnancy will end in miscarriage :(
