Can morning sickness start very early on?

Hi,
I got a very faint positive test yesterday, my period is due tomorrow but since today and yesterday I have had very bad nausea and today a headache from hell which I never suffer from normally. Is it possible to have this so early on?

some women are very sensitive to hcg and react even to low concentrations. most get sick only when it is over 1000 (i personally only after 5000), but a friend of my too got it from around the missed period day, when it was just about 150. hold on there!
