Question

Dark (not positive) opk after confirmed ovulation?

When I use opk's I tend to test until I get a clear positive and subsequent light negative. This cycle, however, my test lines have remained significant, though not quite positive, for the past 3 days post-o. I have confirmed with BBT, so I'm not thinking I missed my chance, but rather that my hormones might be out of whack this time around. Is anyone familiar enough with testing after ovulation to tell me what might be going on?

lh can remain in the system for several days, it is only the initial surge that matters for the egg release. sounds all normal to me. good luck!

It's actually very normal to have surges in the middle and/or at the end of ur luteal phase, I did it every cycle. Don't worry too much about it, ur hormones aren't out of whack.
Good luck! =))

Thanks ladies, 4 dpo got another one - now I'll just keep testing because I'm intrigued and confused. I'll keep you guys posted, though I usually don't plan to start hpt's until 12dpo unless I have implantation symptoms early.
