Why would my period flow increase after day three of taking soy Isoflavones ?
Cycle flow was very lite . By cycle day four flow was lite and brown also by cycle day 5 flow had stopped. I started soy iso on cycle day 4 on 80mg . Then 160mg soy iso on cycle day 5 . Today is cycle day 6 I took 160mg soy iso and i had a small amount of red flow.
