Can I possibly be pregnant

I got my period on Dec 9 it ended by the 14th , me and my husband our trying for baby # 2 . On Dec 24 I started spotting it lasted up to two days it will either be light or heavy but not enough to fill a pad it was mainly when I wiped or peed with a lot of cramps strong one I still have them it mainly feels sore and alit migraine my gums hurt my nipples feel sore I feel more tired and I'm coming down with a cold but that can be from my family being sick . I feel tightness and bloated also constipated my urine is more yellow
