Question

I'm worried, could the absence of pregnancy symptoms = miscarriage?

Now I'm 6 weeks 4 days pregnant with my first baby. my doctor approved my pregnancy on 14 dpo with blood test and my HCG level was 40. So far, i'm having sore breast, mild cramps every now and then and bloating. I have no other symptoms... I don't even feel fatigue nausea or food cravings! could this be a sign of miscarriage? or is it normal and it's too early for symptoms to show up?

Note: I don't have bleeding

I've seen a lot of doctors and done a lot of research on my own and this is completely normal. The only signs of miscarriage I would worry about is heavy bleeding. It sounds like your pregnancy is healthy and normal.

I am 6 weeks 3 days and have almost no symptoms. I was queasy with my first until 9 weeks so this is néw to me. I even took another test today to make sure and it was positive before the pee crossed the window. Every pregnancy and woman is different! I'm mostly just bloated and a little sleepy. First time I couldn't make it without a nap.

You are having symptoms. You don't have to have all of them. You have a positive test and no bleeding. You can still be pregnant and have no symptoms at all. You sound right on track to me.
