Experiences of implantation bleeding longer than 2-3 days.

I suspect I am pregnant at the moment. I have done almost 7 tests and the line is there in most but ever so faint it has me doubting myself a bit. Approx 12 dpo I noticed myself having slight cramps and twinges nothing too painful. Then on day 13 I began to bleed ever so slightly. This is still ongoing now at 19dpo. It has been bright red at times mostly pink and today has turned brown, never heavy! Has anyone else had implantation this long, the red bleeding had me worried. Today however I have properly started to experience some pregnancy symptoms such as back ache, metallic taste, and slight nausea. AF is due in 2 days. Worried that with this bleeding it may be a sign of miscarriage?
