When did your period return after a miscarriage?
Hello ladies. I have recently suffered any early miscarriage. At 5 weeks 4 days I started bleeding and knew something wasn't right. The next day I was seen by early pregnancy assessment unit and had bloods done result was only 53 so very low. Later I started bleeding heavily and had severe cramps and knew the outcome wasn't good. 3 days later bloods were at 5 and officially no longer pregnant. I am devastated to say the least as it was our first pregnancy after 18 months of trying.
We are eager to keep trying and have the all clear.
For the ladies who have experienced a miscarriage how long did it take for your period to return and you get pregnant again??

with such an early miscarriage i would count the first day of the strong bleeding as cd1. you shall probably ovulate within 2 weeks and get you next period within 1 month.
you can start ttc immediately there is no necessity to wait for a next period. many believe that pregnancies immediately following upon a m/c have a better prognosis, they implant better.
