Frequent cervix checkers who have had their BFP!

I believe I am around 7dpo. I checked my cervix yesterday and it was medium, I think soft, and open. I went to the movies with DH and had some pinching and could NOT get comfortable. Today my cervix is high and has tilted some direction I cant even feel the opening. Is this a good sign?!?!?
