A real thing or coincidence

Where, how, hmm...we have been trying for 2 years. I am currently 7dpo... at 5 dpo I felt blah, 6dpo I woke up full blown head cold...chest congestion, stopped up nose, bloody nose mucus, nausea off and on... (could be fromm the drainage)... I have read some women do get down with a cold like this...could it be coincidental or possibly a real thing? Anyone have anything similar?
