Can the flu be a symptom of pregnancy need help please ?

So I had my period sept.27 but I have been feeling really weird plus i have been feeling sick for about a week and a half like flu stuff but i get nausea and headaches out of the random doc said possibly flu but idk seems a bit different too a est came out negative, me and my fiance have been trying to have a baby any thoughts would be great thanx just wondering if the flu can be a symptom of pregnancy

The flu itself is not a symptom of pregnancy. In fact, flu is dangerous during pregnancy and can lead to miscarriages so pregnant women are told to get flu shots. Headaches and nausea can be symptoms, however.
