UTI and maybe pregnant?

Ive been having cramps since 2dpo. Sore breasts, nausea, heartburn, and very tired. Ive been dry since 2dpo, and today I had a small lump of ewcm. Finally had enough and went to ER and they said UTI and neg preg test. AF is due 15th. Do u think it was too early to get BFP? Im 9dpo now. Was 8dpo @ER.
