no. even if you got pregnant it takes 5 days for the egg to travel to the uterus and grow to a blastocyst, and another 2-3 days to eventually implant. only after the implantation the hcg (pregnancy hormon) starts being produced, and it takes 2-3 days more till it reaches urine, and maybe longer till it reaches a detectable concentration. so the earliest some can get a positive is 9-10 days post fertilization, but usually 12-14 days.
6 november is a month back though, if you got pregnant then you'd have missed your period by now and would know you are pregnant. if you mean 6 december you can try to test on 17-18 december.
