First response early result, how can they work '6 Days sooner' when implantation can take up to 12?

No idea how they could consistently work 6 days before missed period. Say the average implantation is 9dpo and it takes a day or two for HCG to be produced, then that already puts you at about 3 Days before your period when you could possibly get a very faint positive, and that's if you have a standard 28 day cycle.
I need to stop testing so early.
I'm 8dpo. With my son I got a very faint + at 11dpo
