8DPO and have very sore breasts. Took dollar store pregnant test and is negative .. is it too early?
I took the test today late afternoon .. is it too early to test and get results ? My period started November 14 and my ovulation window was November 25-29 .. we had sex November 23 and December 1 .. so not in between the ovulation window but I'm getting sore breasts and my stomach keeps rumbling like I'm hungry but I'm not .. feels also like gas ?? I've never been pregnant before so don't know the symptoms ..

the symptoms during the 2ww are the same as pms (they come from progesterone, not pregnancy hormones)
8dpo is too early to test this is true but the sperm actually only can survive 3 days, and that if you already had your fertile mucus (normal vaginal acidity kills them off otherwise), so you could only potentially get pregnant if you ovulated on 25/26 at the latest, that would be 13dpo, and at 13dpo the tests are reliable. the egg only lives for 12-max 24 hours so 1 december was too late
