Possibly low HCG has me concerned
Had HgC blood taken on cycle day 28, estimated DPO 11 and the result was 180. I thought that was okay range. Nurse called and said it is positive but low so they want me to come back next week and call if I have any cramping or bleeding. I am really paranoid/anxious now. I have some cramping, but it is better after I have a BM and my stomach has been feeling unusual the past several days. Should I be concerned?

180 is VERY HIGH for 11 dpo : see http://www.betabase.info/chart/basic/single the median is 34! I think your nurse thought you are 14 dpo as usually cd 28 is 14dpo. Still even for 14 dpo it is high. Anything above 100 for 14dpo is normal. She does not sound too competent. Main thing is that it keeps growing, you should simply repeat the beta.
