period or Implant...hey, really need some advice ladies! xxx

Hey, ttc for 9 months. Started taking fertilityblend vitamins for him and her on 16th november. My period came on november 1st so before starting the tablets. anyway, had a few symtoms, my period came again on the 29th november so i thought I was out. Period was quite painful, but only lasted 2 days, then i had a day of brown discharge, spotting. Since then ive had tingly nipples, been very tired, gone off food really badly!, sense of smell is strong, I can smell the dogs!!, headaches non stop, crying, sharp prickly senssation randomly in my boobs, cervix was very soft, squishy like it had sunk into my vagina wall or something?? did a test but I dont know if im just seeing stuff, I cant seem to upload it.xx
