Question

Blue dye positives, false positives, evaps, and water test!

So I am unsure if I am 9 or 11 DPO...I had a chemical last cycle so I don't know if I ovulated on time. I took a blue dye test last night and within the time limit there is a faint Blue Line. It was as thick as the control, as time went on it got thinner and brighter blue. Same thing happened to my test this morning! I read on another site about performing a water test on blue dye. Where you use a pregnancy test with tap water and see if any lines show up and that should tell you whether or not your test was viable and/or if they get blue lines regardless if you're pregnant or not. I know blue dye test are Infamous for evap but my water test is completely stark white. Can anybody shed some light? I have images in my gallery.

I think the idea is if u dip it in water afterwards it'll clear up any streaks or evap lines and if the line remains after dipping in water it's a true faint bfp. Blue tests are terrible try a pink test!
