Heavy feeling down below.

Hi everyone, myself and my partner have been trying for a baby for three months now. She went the first two months but this month i went because of timing etc. I'm currently 10dpo and have an extremly heavy feeling right above my vagina like when im about to start my af. Is this a good sign or am i buggerd this month? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! thanks for reading.

Could be either. I had cramping before testing positive with my son.

Thank you for getting back to me. I did a test today and surprise surprise got a bfn! But I've also broken out in a rash on my tummy. Been sick today, feeling nauseated, so sleepy and an emotional wreck! I don't know what's what! So confusing ????
