7 DPO.. is it implantation bleeding?

Today I am 7 DPO and when I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom, there was some darkish blood (not a lot) on the tp after I wiped. That was around 8 this morning and it is still happening now (4pm) but it is not getting worse like I would be having my period soon. I also have a horrible middle/lower backache that has been going on for about 2 days. Any one else have similar symptoms?
