4dpo, right ovarian pain ?

Woke up and noticed pain in my right side, in the area where my ovary would be located. The pain tends to go away when I rest but as soon as I stand up there's a noticeable ache. I am 4dpo, I'm wondering if it's maybe a ruptured cyst or something else. Has anyone else ever had this pain and turned out pregnant before?
