26dpo no af.Can i be expecting?

TTC Im 26 dpo and no af. Im constantly naused, fatigue, sore nipples, for the last 3 weeks. I been cramping off and on for weeks like af is coming but nothing. I ovulated fromb11/03 til 11/10 with 11/08 being my ovulating day. I have taken test since 14dpo here and there bfn. Went to doc 11/28 bfn. Told me to come back two weeks for ultrasounds and blood work if af dont come. My energy is drained at work and home . CM is like thick white lotion and my vagina is tighter than usual. I so tried of the bfn. My menstral was normal up until now. Can anyone give me a lil hope?????
