Am I pregnant?

Had cramps on and off for awhile since thanksgiving. supposed to have my period tomorrow. Cramps, headaches, sensitive to smell, nausea more stronger after i eat, vivid dreams, left leg pains up to left pelvic area, super thirsty drinking lots of milk(i dont like milk) sore throats in the morning for past few days. these are all very common symptoms but i got a negative test 3 days ago. idk whats going on. is it ok if i take another test now? or should i wait in the morning/ or will it matter? im just so anxious.
