So tomorrow is when I should start my next cycle. Would it matter what time i take a test tonight?

I started having cramps Thanksgiving Day and just about everyday since then. Last cycle start date was Nov. 6th 2016. I took a test 3 days ago(4 days before next cycle) and it was negative. Figured maybe it was too early. Now my period is due tomorrow and im anxious to take another test. If I took one now would it matter? even though its a day early?
