Brown discharge and minor cramps 4.5wks pregnant

I am 4.5wks pregnant and since 14dpo (first day of expected period) I've had some minor cramps which felt like dull period pains but only in the evening for a couple of hours.
Now I have been getting a tiny amount of brown discharge when I wipe only. Have any other pregnant ladies had this happen?

Hello Crystal. My last start date was 2/11/16 and I ovulated on day 14 of this cycle. I would have been due for my next period on 30/11/16 and have had the cramping since this day, and the brown spotting started on 2/12/16.
