1st af after d&c, my hcg levels were 8.30 2 days ago and a faint pos preg test?
I had a mmc last month and a d&c Oct. 31. I took pregnancy tests after to watch my levels drop. About a week ago i thought i got a negative. I took another a few days ago and it looked neg then 3-10 mins it turned up a very faint second line. Took another the next morning it was the same. Phoned my doctor and went in for a blood test Wednesday (2 days ago). The nurse said my levels were at 8.30 and to go in for another blood draw in a week. I just started what i believe is my first period after the d&c yesterday. Is it possible to get a period with hcg still in my system? And if my levels are under 25 how did it show up on the hpt?
