I have PCOS and I went to the doctors. Took several times but negative, I feel like I'm pregnant?

I'm two weeks late from AF. I went to the doctors to see if I am but all my test are coming out negative. I'm having so many symptoms of early pregnancy. I've been reading that pcos messes around with your hormones...is that true. Also my doctor does want to do a physical exam on me to make sure.
