I start my period in 4 days and I woke up with light concentrated cramps in my ovary. could I be pg?

I was woken up this morning with light concentrated cramps in what I think might be my ovary or tubes. I should start my period on Monday dec 5th. could it be implantation?

the implantation does not take place in the ovaries, ovulation at most. would not read too much into it. if your period is due 12/5, 12/2 is a bit late for the implantation, too. but you are never out until af comes, gl
