EWCM and Ovulation

what is the solution for sperms leakage , i lay down on bed after sex but i have noticed some sperms leak to underwear ,
further EWCM release after ovulation or before ovulation
during fertility window daily sex cause law sperms count ?? , if we do sex one day skip next day and again do next day method enough for intercourse

the part leaking out is made of sperm debris, not the good swimmers, there is no proof that lying down or anything helps - the strong swimmers make it through the cervix within seconds!
ewcm usually appears during your fertile window, it should help the swimmers go in the right direction, so from 4 days before ovulation to ovulation day
they do recommend bd every 2 days - it is not about the count it is more about the sperm maturity, they need some time to get big and strong
