I've been pregnant twice, and I've never used them. I don't think they will help any since the spermies that come out are usually not the strong ones. The strong ones will get to where they need to be in a few minutes. I just lay still for 30 mins with a towel between my legs. Sounds like a hassle using the soft cups, but you can definitely try if you want. Good luck!

Hey...I have had friends stand on their heads, do certain positions only, do whatever you feel you need to, but as she said above...The strong swimmers will make it no matter what:) Good Luck to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
