How can we trust any HPT anymore ??
I quit buying cheaper HPT because of multiple evaps. I'm talking about the ones that pop up even before the test dries, less than 10 minutes ! So I started buying first response 6 days sooner.. last month I got a bold pink evap.. I know it was an evap because I got negative ones after and AF in a couple of days. Same thing this month. yesterday I got a second line, and nothing this morning... I am afraid to trust any test now , and it's frustrating ! anyone else ??????? what test do you use that doesn't give false hope ???

Last cycle all of my tests were negative (veriquick and new choice both from the dollar store.) then I took a FRER 6 days sooner and got a pink line. It was an evap and bummed me out. But I didn't get those with either of the dollar store kinds so I would say try those of you are able. I've had good, consistent and accurate results with those, without the Evap lines. Best part is they are a buck each.

I'm sorry you've gotten so many evaps/false positives before! That would make me crazy!
I've been using the HPTs that came with my OPKs (link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DOJG6RA), and haven't gotten any evaps on them.
And at $22 for 50 OPKs and 20 HPTs, they are saving me a fortune :-)
