Hi how am I going to processed? am spotting red from today n want to conceive
Have been trying to conceive for an year now trying to track my ovulation but am ending up getting discouraged ..I wish to be a mother am 25 years now...I have my periods from today please help on how to move on

You are still young and have time. Honestly stressing over trying to get pregnant can make it difficult to happen. Are your periods regular? Have you had any issues with hormones of gynecological care in the past? The best way to insure that you have sex when you ovulate is to have sex every 2 days within a cycle...that way, if your ovlation is off, you will be ready. What are the length of your cycles? A little more info would help me to answer you better. Baby dust your way...

hae thanks a lot I av regular period...abt age am okey with it coz am ready to av a family now the issue is we mostly av sex like everyday n that the main doubt I av in mi whether am okey...which steps could you advise me to take starting next month...I had my MPs on 24-28 last Month...
