Have ovulation still haven't happened ?

I was prescribed medroxyprogestion due to having a absent AF for almost 3 mos. it was for 10 days and AF arrived 3 days later . For 7 days lite/normal. I started Opk on CD8-CD12 (first time) so far . With all which look to be like negative . Today on CD13 I notice that I'm having a lot of CM which is white like lotion . I've read that happens after ovulation not sure why I would be having it now . Any thoughts on to why this is .?
