Question

Are faint but clearly there positives ok? Do the darkness of lines really matter?

Lines are not squinters, but lighter than I was expecting. Does the darkness of them truly matter? Is it ok if they don't get darker quickly? Has anyone had lighter lines and been ok?

If you are seeing a consistent line...no matter how light, you are pregnant. In theory, tests should get darker over time with increasin hcg, but it will double eery two to 3 days...(let me say that in te very beginning this doubling will not show too much). Wait a week or so and retest if you need the reassurance. Enjoy!!!! you are pregnant. I have 3 wonderful boys and all of my tests were complete squinters and made me think I was seeing things, but each time I was pregnant....and yes, later my tests did get darker.

Thank you. They aren't squinters by any means. I just thought by now they would be way darker. There are lines there regardless of the time of day. I am using ic at the moment though and plan on grabbing some first responses to ease my mind a bit. Thanks so much for the reply.

I use clear blue digital ovulation tests.. one's that show the smiley faces. It's either yes or no.. there is two diff ones that are digital.. one that shows just one to two days. Then the other shows four days.. ?? Don't use the strips.. if it's about money, then ok, start testing 3 days after your period stops.. every morning or every morning and evening.. always have intercourse at least two days before ovulation testing.. it's ok to do every day or even every other, or even the day before ovulation and everyday after for 3 days. Or even 4 days.. my cycles are 25-28 days. 4 days long. So I start intercourse cycle day 8, then every day after until day 12 or every other day until day 16. I just found out I'm not yesterday.. had cramping since 5dpo.. and then bleeding off and on.. for 11 days, all bleeding no spotting.. test was negative, they said psychological stress or physical stress causes it, or it could of been a chemical preg.. I'm 42 and still trying for #1. Have been for 9m
