is there still hope?

My husband and I had sex on fertile days. I got sick, like morning sickness once before I got my "period", just randomly threw up then was fine. I started spotting 3 days early, then was like a normal period but I had less cramps. Usually it only lasts 4 or 5 days but it this time I continued to spot up until a week after it started. I got a headache the day it started and have had the headache since - 10 days. I am a little nauseous along with the headache. I took a pregnancy test the 2nd day of bleeding because my husband is convinced I am pregnant, it was negative.
When should I test again? Or just wait until next month...
