I don't what is going on! Am i pregnant?

Past cycle start dates. Sept 12, 4 days. Oct 8, 4 days. On Oct 24th i was spotting very very lightly for a few hours. Took a test on the 25 and it was negative. On the 26th i was feelong flu like symptoms, without the coughing, body aches, stufdy nose. Just a fever, chills, dizzy, nauseous. That lasted for a few days. Oct 28th i lightly bleeding for 5 days. Still felt nauseous, so i called Plannsd Parenthood they said too early to test wait two weeks. This week i have felt nauseous, boobs got really temdee, sense of smell increased, feet are swelling a bit. Lower stomach area has become more stiff to where the womb is supposed to be. I am more tired and more frequent headaches. Took a test this morning and it was negative. So confised help please.
