If you've had multiple miscarriages you should see a reproductive endocrinologist if you haven't already. And the RE should run an RPL panel to check for clotting disorders and such. Generally you only take a baby aspirin (1 81mg tablet) if you test positive for some type of clotting disorder.

My RE told me to take baby aspirin because I tested positive for MTHFR and had elevated ANA. Both of those can increase clotting. My RE mentioned that there are some risks to taking baby aspirin and it can increase the likelihood of spotting/bleeding during pregnancy. Generally you only take baby aspirin if you have reason to believe the rewards outweigh the risks.

I hope you get your take-home baby soon!
