Am I pregnant? better yet, when did I ovulate?

Okay here goes... Cd 47 started vitex 900mg. cd 48 +opk= party time. 3dpo faint hpt (I promise you ,I have the pic) 4&5 dpo very very scant brown DC on pad that wasn't even there when I wiped. Breast are heavy and painful. cant sleep at night. blotted and really bad lower back pain. but it gets crazier... 7 dpo or cd 55,+opk yet again and also faint +hpt. I don't know what is going on. I want to the doctors 6dpo and requested bloodwork and a ultrasound. Did a urine test which came back negative. I have the paperwork but I'm trying to wait as long as possible before I get it done. I just want to know If I'm pregnant or not.
