Is it possible...?

Hi ladies,
Background: have PCOS; had to take metformin to get pregnant with my daughter and I miscarried previously; everything turned out fine with her. was on BC since I had her and been off of it for nearly 8 months now no problems / regular AF. I have metformin again but I keep forgetting to take it regularly.
This month, we definitely had sex a few times around when I O'd. I'm now on CD 43 (normally I'm about 30) and no AF and still getting BFN's. I booked a dr apt but I can't get in for 2 more weeks! I had 3 drops of blood on my liner last night but nothing when I wiped / since.
I am super bloated and crampy. Any words of advice or experience?! We're hoping for #2 soon.
