Am i loosing it? please help

So my periods are really irregular ranging from 28 days to - 42days, so i monitor them on an app.
my period was October 1st for 6days...
had sex on October 12th and my suspected ovulation was October 18th
i am noq 9dpo....
my nips are sore, I have gas, I'm thirsty and had 2 naps today and have little cramps.....
my next suspected period is November 5th.....
could i be pregnant?? btw i do not get any pms symptoms other than getting moody.....
