Pinching on lower right side for two days now! Implantation?

I am 10dpo and have been having on and off pinching on my right lower side, below where my ovaries are. The pain will come and go on and off for seconds at a time a couple times a day since yesterday. My nipples are super sore, but I get sore nipples every month. I should be starting my period sometime this weekend, but these sharp pains are new to me. I normally don't get cramps until an hour or so before I start, and the sensation is completely different than what I'm having now. Help!

If it makes you feel better im getting the same feeling, sore boobs, bloating, pinches I hear it could be for implantation. Good luck to you! Have you taken a test yet?

oh man! thank you Alexandra for responding. I hate the 2ww so much. I am waiting until tomorrow morning to test. Have you tested yet??
