Question

Late period, 21 DPO, negative tests

My period is 5 days late, but I'm getting negatives on HPT's. I've felt crampy for several days, but the cramps aren't painful (they're just kind of "there"). I've also had an increase in white CM the past few days. I haven't been late on my period before, and at this point I am either 21 or 22 DPO (I ovulated either on Oct 4th or 5th). Is it possible that I am pregnant and hCG levels are not showing up on tests yet?

Sorry but I had asked about an identical situation and got my period after all. I'll share what I have learned - track your bbt. It will ALWAYS drop below cover line and continue to drop if AF is around the corner. We always want to hope against hope and I have done my bit of poas going crazy trying to figure out. If your temperatures remain above cover line or have a triphasic pattern it's likely you are pregnant. I had read many other stories on forums about the bbt dropping and nearly everyone except probably one exception got their period (now including me) within 24-48 hours. Good luck though, I hope you are an exception!!!
