Can I really only be 4 weeks?

I went for my first scan yesterday because I have had 2 miscarriages this year. I should be 6 weeks. But I feel that I ovulate late so I thought I would at least be 5 weeks. I had an ultrasound yesterday and all she saw was a gestational sac, no yolk sac. She said "the gestational sac is very small still, buy the size of it I would say you are more around 4 weeks". This has be so nervous because I just cannot see how that can be. I feel I am more like 5 weeks and this sac is too small and I am having a blighted ovum pregnancy. My HCG is doubling I am at 6168 right now from a 173 last Monday. I am on progesterone suppositories that and my levels dropped form 28 on Friday to 22 yesterday but doctor says that is still normal and ok. I tested positive on 10/14 but I was getting super super faint lines on 10/11 and 10/12 where I thought they were negative evap lines. Do you guys think I can be 4 weeks? I had a horrible pain in my left ovary on 10/4 like never before in my life.
