Can delayed pos test results (10mins-1hr) Be low levels of hcg due to early testing

Keep getting really faint lines but right after 10 mins today, yesterday at around 20 mins... I know about evap lines but what about when they Have a bit of color ... I mean It makes sense to me if You test early then the hcg levels are low and It could take a few mins longer to show up right? Or wrong
