3 days late... cramps/bloating... BFN on 17 DPO

My period is about 3 days late.. I had cramps last week (earlier than when my period was due) that felt like period cramps... Then they went away and I did not experience any additional symptoms.. Now i am on CD 34 (20 DPO) and period still has not started. I have some cramping but not as painful as usual AF cramps, and i feel bloated. My last test was a BFN on 17 DPO (3 days ago). Is it too soon to test again?
