Anyone have late implantation?

With my first pregnancy I tested at 8dpo, with a faint positive on a First Response and positive at 9dpo on digital. This time around I am 14 dpo and am getting the faintest positive lines. My period is one day late. I've been testing since 10 dpo, all negative. The last 2 tests, yesterday and today have been barely faint positives. Has anyone gotten negatives and then suddenly positives 13-15 dpo? I figured implantation should have occurred already? Or maybe this is just very late implantation. I was spoiled with my first, since I tested positive at 8dpo. This is driving me crazy.
