This is my first time just feeling pregnant. Help??

So I am currently 8dpo and I've had a lot of the symptoms except vivid dreams. I have dull cramps almost 24/7 in my lower abdemon and left pelvis area. Pain in my lower back that migrates down my legs. My left breast is crazy sore. And I wake up in the middle of the night having to urinate and inevitably have to change my undies because of increased cervical fluid. I've seen people mention they are having sinus issues. Is that another symptom because I've had an awful cold since 2dpo. I just feel different, I'm new to these feelings so any advise, opinions or relatable situations you have to share is so much appreciated! Thank you ladies!!
