So what are our chances of getting pregnant at 44?

I know I'd be an older mum, but you can't control who you fall in love with, or when that is! We got married last year and would like to try for a baby naturally. If it works, great; if not, also great, we'll still have a good and happy life together.

Have any members had a successful, healthy pregnancy THE FIRST TIME after age 43-44?

Any suggestions, tips, handy hints?

For the record: I am tracking BBT, using ovulation predictor kits, and am seeing a Chinese doctor who I know has success with fertility issues.
