Sudden sharp sever pain above the pelvic bone with neausa, only lasted 30 min. What was it?

I woke up this morning with extream pain above my uterus, it was so sever I staggered to the bathroom emptied everything yet the pain and neausa persisted for about 30 min. I sat in the fetal position in bed till it passed. All day I have been tight and sore in my abdominal area. Any clue as to what it was? I am 7dpo could it have been implantation?
